Finally an Engineer visit. But he could have done when the infrastructure setup by the fraud company is worst quality. Internet started working @1.7mbps speed (paying for 4mbps). No more than 4 hrs and it is down again. Luckily I did some research during these 4 hours to find how to complain against... them in consumer forum. Govt has setup a consumer redressal forum called NCDRC where state commissions are there to address the problem. I reside in Chennai so I am going to drop a mail to tamilnadu commission mail id. Tikona - better be ready for legal procedures now. I found out on bloomberg website that Mr Prakash Bajapai is MD of this company. Mr Bajpai, going by your 30 years of experience with behemoths of this industry I never expected that you will be running the company in this way. Mr J Nair (nodal officer Tikona) Let me make you realize what you are losing with each of my negative comment. For people like you (who are yet to understand the terms like customer experience) I'll take this pain of explaining the loss your company is incurring. Assume that 50% of your potential 'n...ew' customers make up their mind to go for tikona connection or not based on what they read here. Until now 240 people have read my comments. 120 would purely put my comments as basis for decision. There is a good reason (and published research) that people do get influenced by negative comments. Assume that 70% of these 120 would decide to NOT go for tikona. Roughly you have already lost 80 new customers. Assuming 1000 Rs as average revenue from each of them per month, you have lost an opportunity to increase your top lune by 80000 per month and 9600000 rs per year. Infact this calculation has one flaw. I assumed that 240 is constant. But everyday 'new' customer count is increasing. It is not static. This is not where I'll stop. I am going to use other social networking channels as well to ensure that you guys pay for the way you have been treating me for the past 6 months.Read More

May I know what is definition of satisfactory resolution in your dictionary. Your engineer visited my place and informed me everything is fine. Works fine for 2 days. But seems like you guys have to live upto your expectation of screwing up again and again. Internet disconnects by itself after every... few hours and speed yesterday was pathetic. I've late night meetings with my clients. They always inquire me why I don't attend the meeting from home. You service forces me to stay late at my office because I can't trust whether internet would be working or not. Our Prime Minister is inaugurating the Digital India Week..
