Same in Chennai.Navasuja Sankara Nethralaya also poor. People say they do good treatment and that may be true, I am not sure. But the problem is wait. For some 10 min testing we waited for some 4 hours and asked refund to get it done. Nobody is responsible there and you cannot see any point of conta...ct. They will take you for a ride. They assume that all people are free like them. You can see many people wander around here and there but patients do indefinite wait and if we ask something, they will run around here and there without proper replay. Even there is no point in taking appointment. Appointment was at 8.30 but met doctor only at 12 Noon! Also, there is no reduction in fee. They charge on par with others. They may be doing charity to poors. All the best for that.Read More
