I am using Reliance Datacard for more than three years with post-paid connection. I have not faced any problem with connectivity, speed or any other issues . But God forbid, if you have to deal with their ill-informed, clueless customer service, you will curse the company to no end . My Order Id : SoS_13795113 dated 07 Oct 2011- now SoSasta say that product will be delivered within 7-10 working days . Morover their e-mail message says ' Your request (#35658) has been deemed solved.' Without delivering ordered goods, they have resolved the issue, how come ? ZOVI was supposed to shipout my replacement product on 08 Sept as per their comment here as well as vide their e-mail to me . They have failed once again and have not shipped the replacement order till today . I think they do more CHEERS than extending prompt n efficient customer service !
