Bogus fraud website..You can even send a confirmation that the delivery is done when no delivery has been made yet? I've faced so much harassment during the entire ordeal that now I'm left with no other alternative but to file an FIR and complaint in the consumer court.

Again 48 hours have passed but there has been only a false promise from Shopclues and no resolution. I don't need updates or phone calls. Just return me my money which you have been holding for so long. If you have not been able to deliver the order on a promised date, a customer has a right to canc...el the order.
