They can fire u at any moment saying performance issue.
If u hired as a java developer there may be chance that they will assign u in .Net project.
They don't have even a national news paper at there reception and also u are not allowed to open Google news.
Operation department is so Poor.
Peo...ple over there became TL having not that much technical knowledge .they are not at all professional .behave so rude towards team members.
Project manager like Atul,Ashsis are so bad in communication skills,Don't knw a proper way of interacting with client.
So many times project Got roll off for them and company will fire you.
Many times salary will credit 2/3 or even after 15 days as compare to due date.Account sections never have any sense that how employee will manage with out salary for these many days.
The official timing is 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm,But many times u need to stay up to 4/5 am morning,If next day u came late at office u will get mail from HR why u came late office and they will make that as half day.
At time of joining they will say nothing about the salary structure,but once u joined they will inform u that u will get salary for only working days.For Saturday,Sunday and other holiday they will deducted u salary.

Once I had Chicken Biryani @ Ammi’s Biryani. The quantity is too less and taste is mediocre. and yet they charge more. Not Worth it. I strongly recommend not to go for Ammi’s Biryani.
