Hi Aakshat I still remember a ’’train the trainer’’ workshop I attended some time ago before I became an english lang trainer. I was doing a presentation in front of a class of trainers. At the end, the coach told me, ’’How many times should I tell you to move around the class while training the peo...ple? And where’s your energy? You sound so lifeless! The trainees are gonna fall asleep if you continue like this. Why don’t you practise harder? I’m really getting anry.’’ I was devastated hearing her criticisms especially when she said it infront of the whole class. i was so shocked that I never attended the workshop again. hi Aakshat beautiful analysis by ya... I too wonder. Where would Rick Little be if Dr Mawby said No? Would he have been one helluva shattered man and jumped off a cliff? Nah...he's too gutsy for that.
