A deleted review (and yes, the graffitti part is true): Manjeera diamond project was started in 2006-07. And as per them only, the 100% completion time is 2016, 10 years - half a generation long project. In comparison, rest of the projects in the same area took 5 years to complete and that too peopl...e are saying that it’s delayed. So what we would say to Manjeera. When my flat was finished, they asked me to list down the final problems and literally I listed down 100 problems. If I have to do everything, then’s what the use of paying so much money. But still the problem didn’t end here. We are delaying our decision to live in this society because of hostel environment. Every 3 months, a new TCS batch will come, and the life is h ell for 2 months until with the help of various complaints, things become under control. 1 month is OK, and then again the vicious cycle starts. Recently, with the new batch, I saw they started using doors and grills with their graffiti and started putting *** word on those. Is this kind of society where you wanted to raise your children?Read More

Manjeera threatens legal action. Request all customers who have been cheated and harassed by the builder with false promises to post their experiences.
