Yes it was informed me that for RS 200 extra payment i will get wire upto 40 meter. Now my point is this that during installation 30 meter wire used. Then either you charge for 30 meter wire or give me my 40 meter wire for what i have been charged. Tata sky says that this in not in their policy. Wha...t kind of policy is this? If you are charging for something you should give the same to your customer. I am customer and i will decide what i will do with extra 10 meter wire. This is my right. I will not keep quite i will raise this matter everywhere. One more thing i think Mr. Siddharth412 you are hired by Tata sky to reply negative comments against it.
