Mr Partha, my experience is no way related to the policy number/name of the fund/plan I took. Even if I provide all detail, do you think Bajaj Allianz can help me in some way? Not possible. I have spoken to them a number of times already. To answer your questions
- Any policy document in a big bu...nch and I am sure 95% people don’t go though each and every line. That is why we have agents/advisers who can take us through the product in a better way and suggest the best fitment according to our requirement.
- I understand that to operate an organization, fund need to be generated. And everyone is here to make profit. But that should be in fair way.
- About banks, I know how it operates and how do they use our fund get a higher interest compared to what they pay for our savings.
My point is ’’Agents are hiding the truth and misguiding the customers for their own benefit and the organization does not take any step to prevent this’’.
