After this review, again I received 2 calls from byju's team. And as usual, I had to explain the whole story to them. I had been promised that my child will get the class 8th subscription in year 2021-22, that is the time she will be in class 8th. However, there is no mail confirmation to aut...henticate verbal communication. Unless I get the reply through mail, or else I get the fresh invoice with corrections, I am not going to believe any verbal communication. It happened several times in past. Secondly, I expect Byju's team to correct technical issues in the website. There should be more practice question-answers and repetition of same question should not occur.
