In order for that antenna to come loose you have to be really really really rough with the phone. i bet you had the phone in your tight pants pocket nearly 90% of the time. you can't do that, the antenna is only hard plastic, not rubber. need i say more? now as far as your out-of-state calls go. i t...hink that was a problem with your service provider. let me explain that one. if the tower is only meant to handle 50 calls, and you are the 51st caller that the tower is trying to help send out the signal, your not going to get thru, hence the reason your calls didn't go thru half the time. as far as the battery goes, you probably got the ericcson t28, and not the t28 world, so you didn't get the best battery offered for this phone. unless that battery say's ericcson in bold letters near the bottom of the battery, then you have a cheap battery, and should upgrade it.Read More

In order for the flip to just pop open like that, that little button which opens it, had to have been rubbing against something. mayber your inside pocket? once again people, we must think with our heads. i apologize for my rudeness, but i've had the phone for well over a year, never once have i had... that problem. In fact, I have never had a problem with this phone. it impresse's me because this is only a $65.00 phone. and i've found em cheaper than that.Read More

here's why the t28 probably didn't work. you either had tint on the windows at the hospital, had the t28 selected on the wrong network. or you simply did not have a tower within a 10 mile radius. these phones are cheap, great, and get the same reception as does a 250$ phone. i sell phones for a livi...ng, so this is how i know this stuff. well... take care.Read More

I got my baby back in june of 01'. dropped it several times, yet it still worked perfectly. i've actually had three of the t'28's throughout the past yr and a half here.
