hi sarav... i just have to mention that i disagree with you on a few points. For one thing, Bangalore does NOT go to sleep at 11 pm. Maybe it did back in the '70's or something, but I know several people who start work at around 11 pm and slog all night. If it's socially and morally acceptable to wo...rk beyond the hours you have dubbed reasonable, then why shouldn't we have the option of going to a club or a bar after midnight? It's not like Bangalore has a dearth of criminals or something... the police should probably spend their energy and resources targetting them rather than people out for a good time, but that's just my opinion and unfortunately I don't carry a lot of weight in the Vidhana Soudha.
