Finally Aramex sent me one parcel. But, out of all I received only half. But, at least something is better than nothing. Here I have one more question. As I raised this complaint, I got few products. What about people who are not raising any complaints???

Yesterday I got a call from Bangalore Operation Manager (if I am not wrong). This was the second call from him and today he is going to send one executive to my office to check something. I feel, if the problem with the delivery person, how can you take action? As they are free sample products, ther...e can be a chance that they are not reaching the end customer and going to wrong route (easy to assume like this). But, I really appreciate you for taking pain in replying and passing these issues to concerned people. But, you should take action on delivery people, if you find them doing something wrong.Read More

I am also using the same connection more than 8 months. The maximum speed that I got is 135 KBPS. Not more than. They promised that they would give minimum of 500 KBPS. I have never seen the more than 150KBPS. Reliance Netconnect Broandband+ is a cheating product in my prospective.
