Congrats on ROD. Visited this beach around 5yrs ago and they were hardly any people there at that time. Enjoyed it because of the less crowd.

I had the same experience regarding a bookshelf. It was delivered in a damaged condition. Fortunately the damage was discovered by the installation person when he opened the package and so he immediately sent pictures to customer care.
