You atleast got your money back, its been 2years they have not paid us the reimbursement they promised. We have been calling and visiting them. Fraud these people are. They should be taken to court and heavily penalized.

I agree with you that casa retreat has failed to provide a good service. Unless you get totally frustrated or tired of following up with them, nothing will move. You have to visit their office a million times. It sometimes feels as if they are working in 1970's and have no knowledge of what technolo...gy and service industry has achieved. They need to straighten up their act before more people pull them to consumer court. I am so sad about investing my hard earned with Casa Retreat. They give such bad quality service that you go through a mental distress every time you deal with them. Most of the time they tell you that all the hotels are booked and say, you should give us 1 month to do booking. Even after you give t...hem 1 month they will not send the vouchers.
