Not at all worth... I have wasted 15K rupee by joining at O2 health studio.. Total waste and they won't give proper training.. Trainers will talk to the person whom they know and they won't care others whom they Dont know.. Worst interaction and total waste of money.

I joined O2 Ashok nagar one month back and I paid 15390 for one year. They prepared one card with few exercises for alternate days.
