Again the same problem persists even after 3 months in Chennai. I called customer service placed a service request on 12-Jan-2015 request id - 0079844865. There was no response till Jan 26th. So I called customer service again to escalate (27-Jan-2015 request id 0080028162). The customer service age...nt promised to send someone immediately but no one has turned out so far. Earlier when we renewed the AMC they used to call and come on their own. But now I am chasing them for many times to come and service the unit. The day after putting the review in mouthshut got a call from customer support and they replaced all filters the next day. They also explained that this problem had occurred as one of the franchise in Chennai has been closed and they were finding it difficult to close all pending service complaints.... This problem has been in Chennai from mid august onwards and it doesn't look like it will get closed any time soon. Even after opening a new franchisee it remains to be seen if their service will improve. As of now, they have kept their word. I purchased Reviva RO some 9 months ago. So for even free service I had to call and fix an appoinment. At the time of purchase they said they will call us and fix an service appoinment. After placing the service request, it takes 1-3 days for them to get back. This feedback is really surprising.

The AMC pricing is very steep. They seem to charge 30% of the price as AMC. Anyway AMC is not going to cover certain consumables. Whats the point in taking AMC when the service is worst. We also own Aquaguard reviva RO in our house and I regret the decision now. Need to switch to can water or some o...ther brand.Read More

For us they did cut the hood after marking. But they didnt use mseal anywhere. Why is the mseal needed?
