Doesn't work for dry skin

This lotion may work for babies without dry skin problems, but it doesn't do a thing for babies with slight eczema problems. I put this on my baby twice a day and although she smelled good, it wasn't helping her dry patches. Right after I put it on it would look like it helped, but an hour later...Read more
