It sounds like a design fault that is why it can not be repaired properly. I had that problem with a Yamaha.

I have had two hp lap tops and the present one has a three year warranty. More information is needed as to what your complaning about. My first lap top filled up with virus all the time. My present one has only had one virus and that was removed easily. It is a hp that i would recommend to anyo...ne even you.Read More
