I do not agree with you about the anchors. I think the anchors are terriffic. In a business channel, knowledge is of more importance than just voice. If they feed yo the wrong facts and are unavle to analyse and aske questions from the experts, they are of no use. The voice will not spin money. Peo...ple watch CNBC TV 18 for advice to invest and for investmetn we need the right advice and not the right voice. CNBC TV 18 is doing just fine. ManojRead More

That is what I said. It is not for people who are lazy. You want to work 12 hours a day. In Goldquest you work much more than that. That is why it is not for lazy people who prefer sitting on a desk and slogging for 12 hours a day. You have to rise above that and work ona different plane. It is ...no cake walk. It requires a lot of hard work. Not all men are up to it so it is not everyone's cup of tea. Youhave to have a vision and a sustained effort to back it. ManojRead More

I am quite satisfied with GoldQuest and am proud of the company. I know it is not everyone's cup of tea. After all every one does not know how to brew tea the right way. If a person does not like it it is fine but to say it is bad is an injustice. I am happy and do not care what others think. ... It is their problem not mine. This was my last review adn after i found this company, I forgot Mouthshut as I hardly get tiem to write reviews.i have found better and more attractive pastimes. all the best to you guys who still keep haunting MouthShut. There is nothing really to argue about. Whatever is there is in black and white and as per the laws of each country where is operates. One country may permit some thing while another may not. It is a way of thinking. Some like it some don’t. That is ok. Some people smoke despite knowing the... risks involved. They are willing to risk getting cancer. Some countries ban smoking while others don’t. There are no universal standards. Singapore, a country with very strict laws against pyramid schemes has permitted GoldQuest to operate. The company is operating in New Zealand and Australia for the past 5 years without any problems. The company is making a foray into the US too by making suitable amendments to be able to comply with the laws. It is a company willing to make changes so as to gain acceptability rather than make quick money and disappear. Some may say that lotteries are bad, while some say that lotteries are good. Some states ban lotteries, while some promote it. GoldQuest is a company with a standing and is not a fly by night company. As long as the company is not doing any fraud, it is not withhold payments and giving fake products, it is up not to individual investors how they view it. In the US, and many countries of Europe, the porn industry thrives with impunity, while it is banned in most Asian countries. That does not mean it is going to die down in the US and Europe. It is for each country to frame its own set of rules. India has ensured that GoldQuest operates in India in Rupee terms only and not in Dollars. There is no out flow of capital from India as the company is reinvesting in India. They have taken adequate legal advice and steps to ensure that they do not infringe the law. I for one think that it is giving you good value for money. Read More

You really spill venom like a true python. ha ha ha. (on the lighter side. No offence meant). You really have gone at length to try and prove that GoldQuest is nothing but a scam, however, your reasoning is flawed. You are basing your arguments on one set of rules. Each country has differe...nt set of rules and what is prevalent in one may not necessarily be true in another. Fair Trading Act of 1973 is an Indian act and may not apply to Sri Lanka. One has to see rules and regulations in each country before investing in any business. GoldQuest stands by its business and does not plan to flee Sri Lanka but stay on and conduct its business as per the law of the land. I would like to draw your attention to http://www.dailynews.lk/2004/06/09/new19.html where the company has refuted the charges. In India too there was a phase when the company had to undergo similar teething problems and the Chennai office had been closed down, however the Chennai office has reopened after getting due permission. You say that India will suffer an outflow of dollars. Firstly the company is marketing the products in India in Rupees and secondly the company has a contract with the government that it will not expatriate the profits for ten years. Where are the dollars flying? The company is setting up a mint ...in India to further save on dollars outflow on account of import of the Gold Coins from Germany. Some of the products are manufacutured in India (Titan Gold Dial Movement watches). Why should you pay a mark-up over cost of gold? The products are not costly considering that the MRP is Rs 45,600/ Maximum Retail Price = Rs.45,600/- Approximate gold value = Rs.22,000/- Cost of Shipping/Insurance/Duties ________ = Rs. 3,600/- Markup Rs.20,000/- Of the mark-up 43% goes towards - Royalties to World Organisations - Overheads – Maintenance of offices worldwide etc. - Information Technology Costs -10 – 15% profit AND 57% ---comes back to the customer for recommending the product and business opportunity to others. Isn’t that fair enough? Read More

According to the Fair Trade Act 1973 a business must possess the following 4 characteristics in order for it to be qualified as a PYRAMID SCHEME. •There is no PHYSICAL PRODUCT •The product does not possess LEGAL TENDER •&#6147...2;The product must retail at over 600% over it’s cost value •There is a DIRECT CONTRACTUAL LINK between the customers promoting it Relate this back to GoldQuest and the reasoning is hardly one to be questioned: •The product of GoldQuest is Tangible, Legal, and Certified by the Mayer MINT •The product does possess Legal Tender as it is a GOLD product •The product by far does not retail over 600% of its cost value. For that matter, if one sees then normal things we buy in the market, they all retail at more than 200-300% then cost of production. Do you think that the medicines you buy inretail actually cost that much to manufacture? •There is no Direct Contractual Link between customers promoting the product * * The customer contract exists between GoldQuest and the Customer through an Online Purchase Contract. The payments come from Chase Manhattan Bank, Hong Kong and are in US $. There is no legal binding between the customer and their referrals to GoldQuest for the purchase of new products. The program simply operates on a word-of-mouth marketing business open-plan. GoldQuest fully supports its customers on this matter and will take the highest form of legal standing backing them and has proved to do so time and again within various countries of the world. Thanks for your comment. I still think Indica is far better. Statistics speak for themselves. If Palio were really that good, wouldn't it have been a larger selling car than the Indica V2 or Indigo? I for a moment am not saying that it is not good, but Indica is better. Manoj
