Useless and worst service.never ever seen such a worst guys in all my life .no use of raising the complaint online or over phone they will never respond or take the calls or attend to issues.

Excellent service , no outages , consistent speed, cheap,quick response when there is an issue...they take in to account only the download and not uploads for costings ....initially I was critical about the service ,but now I am happy to have chosen the right service provider...ficus keep up the qua...lity...you will be number one in the area very soonRead More

Not sure if they are correct about speed what they promise .recently the internet speed for my connection was reduced and I was not even able to open any links.and when I called up the customer service they confirmed that my quota of down load is over and the speed will get reduced automatically...Read more

connection was given to me after almost a month...the speed and other things are good but not sure if they would continue to give good customer service....
