I had send a complaimt mail to customer service while waiting at reception of service centre. This mail got forwarded to the service centre manager and he personally came and met me and apologised. Even the customer service team called me up. They also said will service car same day and give me by l...ate evening. They kept the word except for a door beading which still needs changed. Rest was completed and given . Manager has also said will give free interior cleaning next time I come for door beading issue. So story ended good.Read More
