i would be happy with playground online only if they have cash on delivery options available for their products which is not available for 85% of their products,even now,Now they gave me an explanation saying depends on the transit provider,cant accept that since,bluedart,fedex,dtdc,most of the big ...corporate transit logistics providers does have an option,either the firm or the person who buys pays the fee extra of 30 rs for cod,most companies provide it free for firms who does volumes,so still dont understand why they cant provide cod,Because of reliability issues,paying them cash upfront is not the way for me,if they provide cod,i would have taken around 10 rackets from them every month,Also fail to understand,all web retailers provide cod now,healthkart,sports 365,sports jam.khel mart,yogi sports,snapdeal,flipkart,selection sports,all do,only people who doesnt do are playground online,and sports 1800 in,both are not at all reliable.always products out of stock and no codRead More

See the main issue is flipkart or snapdeal or selection sports will advertise stuff which their distributors have stock,I ordered same racket on snapdeal came in 3 days,all provide cash on delivery option since Trivandrum is capital of the state Kerala not some unknown place,you are operating from B...angalore and you don't provide cash on delivery for most of the items,flipkart and snapdeal have that even for products worth 200 rd,so you are still lagging behind the competitionRead More
