Black & White. I know I am not exactly the first one to watch this film here (in fact might be one of the last - or so the list suggests!) but I want to write something about this film for what it is. For being a representation of something that transcends the definitions of a mere film or just ...Read more

Hi Payal, I know I am rather late! But as they say - better late than never! So here I am... Well, had watched this movie and liked it quite a bit! Especially as you have mentioned - Ireland looks fantastic! The characters are etched out well too and Gerard, Hillary and Lisa have done their pa...rts with passion. The movie's not pathbreaking or anything exceptional but the emotions come out well and some of the scenes strike a cord somewhere too... Nice review there. And well - I got back to MS after a long time and you review's the first stop! :) Cheers Jaya :)Read More

Hey Akshai, Nice review there. I agree with you on most of the points. But yes, I felt ShahRukh delivered an amazing performance - doing the poles apart characterisations of Om Makhija as well as Om Kapoor so convincingly is no mean feat! And as for the perception of the film - I would say... after the promos I had expected fun but the movie turned out way ahead of my expectations! It was one hell of a roller-coaster ride! Kudos to Farah - she's actually pulled in loads of hilarious moments and sewed them together beautifully and gifted us with a laugh-riot! Keep penning, Cheers Jaya :)Read More

Hi ~fe*~, Thanks for visiting my page once again! Well, yeah - count on me - have watched OSO 4 times already and out of sheer delight solely! It sure is the mother of all entertainers coming from our good ol' Bollywood! Saw some reviews which have taken the movie too wrong and too seriously! ...Felt rather bad that people still just couldn't sit back and enjoy the joyride! Anyway - loved almost everything about this flick - it's one of its kind in its genre and that's no mean achievement! So, you got a patent on that line? (LOL and clap-clap!)! Cheers, Jaya :)Read More

Hey Usha, Thanks so much for your RRC. Seems you were as excited as I was! Yep, I have watched the movie 4 times too and am finding it increasingly tempting to be part of the fun-frolic yet again - only that my exams are coming in between! :) Thanks again... Cheers, Jaya :)

Hey Kamalika... Thanks so much buddy! Yep, after having watched the movie 4 times already, I know this is Bolloywoodish entertainment at it's best! Pure and unadulterated fun! Great to know that you loved the movie too... Take care. Cheers, Jaya :)

Vinod Sir, Thanks for the excellent review. You have detailed out things to so much perfection - it's almost like a virtual tour! I am so much looking forward to seeing New York soon! Have heard people say it's too full of life... Thanks again. Regards, Jaya...

Hi Ips, Thanks so much for being my first again! :) Yeah, had been a bit busy! But how can I stay away from ShahRukh? LOL!!! As to what you have said, I too felt the same to some extent! Actually what could have been a full movie has literally been packed into the second half! So, Om Kap...oor and Sandy remain half-baked! And also after the sweetly paced first half, the second half was rather swift! It's like you just can't take in so much all together! But it's all fun and that's what mattered for me! Yeah, OSO's a Blockbuster! Party time. :) Cheers, Jaya :)Read More

Om Shanti Om – a hug fun ride – with a little bit of everything to make you smile, enjoy, and again just smile when you walk away! The re-incarnation theme of this movie was all predictable and the climax was unexpected but not surprising either… So what exactly stole the show? – The execution, ...Read more

And especially must mention that you have included a lot of small but important points. Thanks for the pleasant ...ride! Cheers Jaya :)Read More

Hi Ips! LOL! That was I don't really know what! Ciggarette Chroni and TDH! And am still wondering if your idea of e-'motion'al is same as mine! ;) Technology doesn't alone sell always! The split-screen funda seems to have failed miserably to even open up my enthusiasm for the movie, let alone ...splitting it wide open! Must say I am awed by the way you have put forward such a worthless thing in such a grand readable way! The movie must have had less viewers than the number of readers here... Keep rocking dudette... Cheers Take care! Jaya :)Read More
