I owned a TATA Indigo XL Classic with Diesel DICOR engine 3 months back, Model May, 2008 and feel proud that i make a best deal to buy the cars in this price but i am totly wrong..... Every month i spend more than 5000 to 10000 to machenic / spare parts / TATA service center and even after then i ha...ve to toe this vehicle once in a month. Is there is any responsibility of TATA motors if they sold a failure model in market then pls. replace the faulty parts and ease the customer. After so many tries i decided to sale the car but the car after 2 years and nine months TATA dealers give me exchange price of Rs. 1 Lac of my vehicle and most of the dealer refuse to buy the same. This is all because this vehicle is a JUGAD and a big failure, if RATAN TATA use this car only for 2 months i can give this to him free of cost.
Neither TATA have good Engineers/ Machenics in their service center nor they have availability of parts because all TATA cars on based on JUGAD TECHNOLOGY. The spare parts shops running guys also do not know how many parts are their in 1 model of TATA car.
My kind Advise to all the people who want to buy TATA CARS Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee DO NOT BUY TATA CARS, Spend 50000/- more and u have many good options like chevy, maruti, Hundai etc.
