Yes, I have the same one and even after paid full amount for spare PARTS still bike is waiting in showroom for more than 2months for some part replacement. They simply telling sent mail always. If you live or love India never go for HERO bikes. my brother having Honda, if PARTs need to be replace in... HERO with 10K KMS that same PARTs need to replace after 30K KMS in HONDA.
