Dear dumb MaxBupa, WHY WAS NOT MEDICAL TEST DONE to the insurer in my case? I've already filed a case in IRDA regarding the same.
I'll make you guys to pay the double the amount i've requested for claim.
Regarding Hypertension, I have mail correspondance with your Team Leader Mr. Roopesh Kum...ar Agarwal that my mother was suffering from Diabetes & hypertension.

I actually wanted to know as to what is the procedure once I pay the policy amount.
As to any medical checkups’ is required, is it eligible for Diabetes & Hypertension also.
And for medical checkups do I need to take my mother to the diagnostic centre.
And once policy gets activated, after how many days can the policy holder get covered [usually they say 90days].
If at all the policy holder gets rejected in the medical scan, will the amount for the policy paid be fully refunded.
Will the orthopaedic, cardiac and renal also covered in the 1st year of the policy.
