Nice one ritesh.. you are correct.. but you need to think what you need from your car and your usage. Petrol Engines - Petrol is costly , engine maintenance is less, price of car is less Diesel Engines - Diesel is cheap, Engine maintenance cost is more, price of the car is more People now a d...ays see only the first point (i.e. Diesel is cheaper) but actually you need to see your usage, if you drive 100Kms daily then yes diesel is right choice but if you drive 20-50kms daily then petrol engine is a smart choice, with the extra amount you spend for maintenance of diesel engine and initial cost of car you can buy petrol and drive few more kms :) Yes brio's boot space is less but again you need to see your usage if you really gonna use your boot then go for liva it has good space :) Also buy a car which is localized (wrt to cost of parts) like i10 100% made in chennai or matter of fact brio 80% localized in Rajasthan. So to sum up buying a car depends upon your own usage and lifestyle, I suggest don't buy a car just because it is popular, analyse your usage and requirements and then make right choice. And yes people is all segments want to buy Mercedes in price of nano and running cost of a bike :p that's Indian nature cant help it :)Read More

Thanks neelabh :) Now I have driven this car close to 100Kms .. mostly in city. I am getting around 12-13 Kmpl mileage also the eco indicator on dash is very helpful for me (I am a new driver, many experienced driver may not require it) to maintain mileage. If you switch off AC the mileage may go m...ore. I bought it form Whitefield Honda but the dealer experience was not so good.. but depends which showroom is close to your place. And yes Titanium colour is very unique and looks so good on brio.... rest all brio colours are comon on roads.. so go for Titanium ;)Read More

Got delivery of my Brio VMT(Urban Titanium colour) yesterday night. Drove it around of 30 Kms this morning both in traffic and on highway. Believe me this is one of the easiest car to drive on. Pros:- 1) Awesome engine 2) Minimal gear shifts, you can take a steep turn at very low speeds...Read more

Honda is a very good brand and has made some really awesome cars. But for sales I feel they are not concentrating much (unlike Toyota and Hyundai). The only advantage of Whitefield Honda is its location (near KR Puram). I have booked my Honda brio 3 months ago. The sales guy told me he will d...Read more

Dude you are genius. Well if you needed your car so urgently then you could have done 2 very simple things:- 1) Stop earthquake in Japan (By taking Raj Thakre who will not allow earthquake to come into Japan as it is not Japaneese :P) 2) Stop floods in Thailand (By taking Rajanikanth with you who ...will blow air so hard that floods will go back to the sea) You are wondering why I called you a genius - Even before owning the car you gave heading as "Worst Car" If you needed the car urgently then you could have cancelled the booking and bought Maruti or Hyundai car. Dude be sensible :)Read More
