Go for Gladiator, I own one, and have 12k on odo... It's gr8!
Do Not Go For : TVS Flame -> Some vices attached, very very very hyped product from TVS. (Man, are these guys the same, who made Apache RTR 160 FI?)
Suzuki Heat/Zeus-> What's the use of buying a 125, when you'll feel like you've... been riding a 100cc bike! not what i expected, suzuki)
Hero?Honda :-| : Both the Glamour and Super Splendour are bogus products from a bogus manufacturer in the recent times)
Honda : Shine(the worst bike in it's class), and Stunner(Bike which is a competition for Gladiator, good enough in most of the ways, and is going to outsell Gladiator in terms of sales...
But in terms of pure biking fun and overall satisfaction, Gladiator rocks, no doubts then, the tag line of the bike itself is 'Life Rocks!'
My bike gives me 45-50 in Bombay city conditions, that too after riding hard and hard, always.Read More

No doubts!.... I've one, bought it last year in feb. It's 12k on the odo, and still going gr8!.. I've never had mercy on the bike and end up riding the bike in true yamaha style, FAST!.... yet the bike still feels well bolted and there is no irritating sound from anywhere...... not even a bit, infac...t the engine sound has reduced and the pick up is seamless.... The black paint on my Yamaha Gladiator Type JA still looks good and the mechanicals funtion with aplomb.... I've not spent even a single penny on maintenance, only taking care of the service and regular oil change.... that too not so regularly.... The style of the bike is distinctive, no doubts, and the bike has good ride quality to boast. The handling and the control of the bike is superior to even a few 150's. The brakes have always been good, and the fuel economy that I get is 45-50(again, all of that after riding hard and pure city condition traffic).... The bike is quite comfortable for my 6ft frame as well, and the riding position is quite good, even the pillion seat is a nice place within the city(Thanks to the good ride quality, girls they like it :)
Overall, the best 125cc bike in it's category, No Doubts!!!Read More

The out of the blue option is Scorpio Automatic, which is a diesel, is spacious enough, has a cracker engine.... and hold on, is actually quicker than it's manual sibling... that's sexy! ..... Also, it is not oh so expensive, considering it is an automatic car(and at the moment, there's no car in th...e market, for this price bracket)..... plus, there's ease of maintenance as well, and the new scorpio with the MHawk engine is very reliable and has class leading refinement.......Read More

If you are buying the base version of Laura, you won't get parking sensors, cruise control, Xenon headlamps, Etc. Traction control, you won't find in Laura.... What you do get offcourse, even with the base version is ABS, airbags(2), alloy wheel etc.... but it is still feature laden.... BTW, there's... a cheaper Civic version in the market as well, that starts from 11 lacs ex-showroom(Bombay).... Or there's the option of going for Mitsubhishi Cedia(also available in LPG)... for about 11 on road..... There;s also the fantastic new city which is spacious, looks awesome, powerful and is good value.. the automatic civic is nice as well at approx 10.5 l......Read More

Skoda Laura Ambiente 1.9 PD is the car to go for, it is the cheapest version of Laura, and is modern. If you are going to by the car in the new year, i'll suggest you to wait till april,09, so that you can buy the new laura due for release by the first quarter of new year, however, you won't get dis...counts like you may, now. Also, octavia is not a new car, and is going to be discontinued very soon(the skoda laura outsells Octavia every month, by a big margin)... it is just that you would perhaps need to spend 40-50k, but that's worth the extra money. Drive a laura and you'll forget Octavia(BTW, Laura is the new generation Octavia, and Skoda should not confuse us anymore and should discontinue the product... it's been 4 years, since the last generation skoda was discontinued in Europe and the global markets)Read More
