Recently I too had a bad experience with this company. I have about 5 years of experience in the industry and the HR of the company called me up for a relevant vacany and he is bargaining for such peanut salary just like a roadside vendor. They actually are very bad in terms of compensation and defi...nitely they are not going to pay as per the market standards. And the HR talks as if he is paying you some million dollars and is doing a great favour. They actually try to bargain for less than what you already get in your previous company. On the other hand the interview process is worst...All of a sudden you get a phone call for telephonic screening without any prior intimation at all. Now this is like you need to take the call even if you are in a shower. Ridiculous! If your phone is engaged you would get nice scoldings from the interviewer that you are not picking the call and all this for their mistake of not intimating that there is a telephonic round of interview. This is the state of their recruitement process. I have seen such professional interviewers and recruitment panels..There is 0 professionalism in these people and they act like some rowdiesRead More
