Not useful.
Review missed out some important points:
1. Cons - there *must* be something :)
2. Does it make some sound?
3. Charging time
4. Automatic switchover & time it takes (I know it must be fraction of a second but will the lights turn of mementarily - is it irritating?). I have seen so...me of so called 'UPS' turning PC/TV off across switchover.Read More

Thanks for such a nice review about my most favorite singer (after Kishore Kumar)!
I do not agree regarding National Award being chosen by 'intellectuals' unless you are using that word sarcastically [:-)]. Because how can one explain many questionable awards? One such being male singer award giv...en for song from 'Zindagi khoobsurat hai', you hear that song and will know that the national awards don't mean anything! Other such examples include saif and other Yash Chopra loyalists....
I think for winning National Award on needs *lobbying*, that is, all the important people involved in making that film should lobby for that singer!
Also you talked about the 'wrongs' in Kumar Sanu's singing... tell me has it not happened with Lata, Rafi, Kishore? I bet it may be in same percentage as with Kumar Sanu. People have different opinions and they claim they know the ultimate truth. Do you know Kishore Kumar was rubbished by many film personalities during his hight time? They used to taunt him for being 'nasal'! Regarding fault findings, Udit goes out of tune most of the times, Abhijeet actually breaths during words in his songs and so on.... but these are my opinions and I don't claim I know the truth... but if similar comments are made by the so called 'intellectuals' you might believe!
Same applies for ARR, I don't think he is any greater than Nadeem-Shravan, perhaps they are a lot better than him in terms of 'composition' - ARR is more a music 'arranger' and I think we are fortunate that Kumar Sanu didn't go with ARR otherwise he would have spoiled him with all his 'technical' arrangements of the songs although with all the lobbying he would have help him get a 'national award' though, but who cares?
Yous say ARR is gr8 only because the 'experts' (mostly self declared or the lobbyists) tell you so....

Actually the Marthahalli Sony World guy bluntly told me that I should call sony service center instead of him for any problems I face....

good review... and I agree abt 'Aankh hai bhari'. Actually I heard Female (Alka) version at first and didn't know there was the 'Tiger''s version too - I thought the song was below average..... after 2-3 days my friend told me abt it - I heard Sanu's version and thought it was one of the best songs ...till date!!!!! Thats the magic of Kumar Sanu IMO... and no other male (? - can't call some sopranos as male sngers tho... :p) can do that!!!!Read More

I like all the listed songs... and many more ... like 'Ek Ladki ko dekha', 'kuchh na kaho', 'Ek din aap yun', so on... I know for Sanu, the list shud have been 50 or even 100 songs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ever since SAB is taken over by SONY, they have tried to replace/shift existing good serials on SAB by their serials like lo kallo, mahi ve. No need to say they were bad at the same level as STAR/SONY crap! They market their serails aggressively and try to use existing good serials as coverups like ...putting lklb between Yes Boss and sabse baDa rupaiyya etc.
Now these guys have started aggressively on twinkle beauty (plays old song's tunes/ western tunes all the times) which is worse and another serial is being marketed the same way without any respect tot he ppl watching the tv...Read More

KNK from 1942 by Sanu is much much.... better than Lata's version.... shame that the reviewer forgot (!) to even mention about the other singer. Anyways thats the story in India where strange ppl become Indian Idols, fame gurukuls etc....

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with!
I transferred some amount to a person holding Canara VISA Debit card. The amount didn't reach for 10 days, no problem, but when inquired about the same (the time still needed), the Panaji branch MANAGER said 'these VISA transfers don't work and should ...not be used anytime'. You can imagine how the person, whom I sent money would have felt!
While, when I checked with ICICI CC, all they said me was not to worry as 'if the Canara bank rejected transfer, the amount will be returned to my account'.I was not really worried about the amount but you would expect some good information from a person at such a high level as a 'Manager'!
Also, I think his comments were indirectly derating VISA advantages and he actually mislead 'his' customer.Read More

somehow the generation does not awake convincingly ... The director has many poor plots, one of those is the murder. A certain political section is unnecessarily targetted.. imitating shiv sena and modi, while their more terrorist counterpart is given a good face.. First of all - looks like the reviewer was forced to write this review. Still he got 10 of the best songs by *any* singer. Sanu's greatness lies not in such reviews, but the fact that there will still be many Sanu haters choosing at least one more different song as a 'good Sanu song'.
How about ...'Mera Dil Bhi', 'Tu Meri Zindagi Hai', 'Ab Tere Bin', etc?
Regarding 'Nosy' - what about 'Kishore Kumar' whos was most hated by some musicians of his time (was it Naushad?) as a 'Nasal Voice'. How about Nitin Mukesh, Mukesh, Hemant Kumar, Saigal?Read More
