Already emailing them, sent a images what they wanted , got reply too that return request approved. Damage product and too many changed, missing parts too.. But no solutions

My product delivered on other place. I m complaining to customer care by call and mail. Still I didn't get product and refund. I m tired now. Tried lot, but there is no solution. Some times they r saying u will get refund back within 2 or 3 days. When we call after two or three days they r saying sa...me like before that I m passing your complain, u will get refund within 7 days. It's almost 20 days completed. But still no solution,no product no refund.. My order number is 42716629. Urvashi rutela georgett dress. Still its showing delivered in sites on my orders, I already confirmed by customer care and they said we got product back from wrong address and we will refund u within two days. Now so many days completed but no reply. And when calling same dialogue 'I m forwarding ur complain, u will get solution soon'. They r just saying but they r not able to solve this. Very very very bad experience with shopclues... Very bad service.. They sent me damage, missing and design and color changed product, when I complained for return they accepted after 5 to 6 days after delivery. I tried lot to get back refund. Called to many times to customer care. One day they r say...ing that courier men will come within two days to pick up and after two days when I called back then they said pick up is not serviceable at your location. I wasted my lots of time to get money back.. But still my issue not solved. I also send issues by mail. But didn't get d solution by customers support. My order number is 42685681Read More
