How do I find information about a product or service I am looking for?
If you're thinking about buying a product, check what other people have experienced
before you make a buying decision. You can type a specific product or service name
in the 'Search' box and click on 'Search'. Or you can also check our Product Page which
acts as a detailed map.

What if I can't find a review for a specific product?
If you're looking for reviews on a specific product or service, and you can't find
anything, all you do is request for it. Go to the Product Page; find the 'Request
for more reviews' box. Click here and add your request. Your request will join the
list of requested reviews. Very soon, some other member will respond and write in
on that product.

What should I do if I want to go for reading more reviews?
On the page which you are reading, on the right side there are three tabs for more
reviews on this item, from this member and Editor's Pick. Clicking on 'on this
item', you will get more reviews on the same product. Clicking on the
'from this member', you will get more reviews by that member. Editor's
pick contains random reviews. There is one more button at the bottom of the page for
reading more reviews on the same item.
How Can I read the Corporate Response given by a Corporate to a particular
review?
On the read review page, at the bottom on the right side, you can see the 'Corporate
Response' button. If a Corporate has responded to that review, then
you will come to know. By clicking on that button, you will reach to Corporate Response
page and you can read the response.
