Finally the defective product was taken back and it took quite long time to process for new replacement and hence, I fought with SAHOLIC and requested for refund and the same was initiated and after less than 7 business days the amount was reverted to my bank account. Thanks to SAHOLIC support. ... Sorry, I was quite busy and forgot to update the same on this portal. SAHOLIC team repeatedly reminded to remove the comment or give a positive feedback on the service. Overall it was bad experience with SAHOLIC but with a happy ending. Not to forget Nokia is also to be blamed for this act Especially the employees at Bangalore Indiranagar outlet. Finally MIRACLE happened: Received a call from (SAHOLIC) +911203859106 at 13:04 stating that the defective product will be taken back and asked me to Keep the package ready for the Blue Dart courier person to pick up and also referred me to look into my mail box for the email that they have sent. ... EMAIL: Dear Mr. Harish BN, In reference to the return of order ID 453016, we request you to kindly pack the box properly with bubble wrap, and send it along with the original product and the invoice. Take a printout of the attachment in this mail which contains the delivery address and paste it on the packed parcel. We have instructed BlueDart to pick up the material from the below mentioned address on 18-June-2013 (Tuesday). BlueDart pickup request number is 4241. Kindly keep the parcel ready.
