Though i had ordered many times and even posted +ive review on mouthshut for them, but now there service and product quality is becoming worse day by day, my recent order - YBH1372180 faced some transaction problem though payment was showing successful and debited from my card, but suddenly that ord...ered vanished from my account not showing cancelled its just not there, worst part is that i had mailed them thrice in last 2 days but didnt get a single response, just want to know wether they are refunding my amount or what, earlier they used to reply within 24 hrs............. that was my 14th order from them, also my last ordered bag was of worst quality, it is showing cracks within 35 days of use...........
