1The lights for the chimney are circular 1.5 watt 12 V located in the front and does not focus on the cook area.
2.The lights taper off in intensity and becomes dull. Got a set replaced for Rs 3000/ no warranty. Bought in April 2022. Lights stopped working within a few months.

Followed up on 1,Nov,2nd, 3rd,4th No action.
Getting a SMS in My assigned mobile, Issue is resolved, SMS SAT/ UNSAT to 54325.
ISSUE STILL UNRESOLVED EVEN AFTER 5 days.

After making an opinion on Cascade, I got them to replace the worn out Stainless steel tank and also paid for the heating element which the service personnel did replace. The same Brand Cascade in my other Bathroom for the 3rd time started leaking through the Pilot lamp.
Fed up with the ordeal of... chasing the Cascade guys, I got a new AOSmith and fitted it.Read More

Bought four water heaters from Cascade - Coimbatore.
The water heaters tanks are made very flimsy and start leaking soiling the pilot lamps and replacement is very hard to get from this Coimbatore Based Company.
