Their have been more arbitrary changes in membership rules but when customer ask them to tell inventory and membership relation they keep mum.

I heard there are more such restrictions in place now .. like you can not go to same resort again with in one year. Fun is that they do not intimate members about these changes, they keep them as surprise.

what a waste argument on interest part , you give your hard earned money to some one and should not bother to compare value in return. If someone uses CM or any other hotel it is same days he is out of work.

By escalating it on MouthShut got you this booking .. just think of a member who may be trying to book holiday on same dates.. he would not have got this booking .. but as you escalated it you got it .. In my understanding all the ULIP/Endowment policies irrespective of the insurance company are looting the customer. I am searching for answer what 20-35% initial year commission and then 5% annual commission is for?

I was asked to fill feedback form in Munnar. I gave two below satisfactory ratings. Lady on reception counter asked me what are the reason. I got the feeling staff there is more pressurised to get good satisfaction score then actually getting real feedback. Got similiar form in mail after retur...ning from Munnar.
