Hi, I do understand ShopClues does provide Very Good Services at Times. I have been a regular customer for ShopClues & have got good Services in the past. But the problem is with their RETURN Process, which happened only once with me but had a pathetic experience. So as far as the product is receive...d in good condition, GREAT! But if the product is damaged, then keep calling & email them!!! Also, it is to do more with the merchants of ShopClues. To generalize, these online stores have to make sure that the merchants are genuine. Please don't appoint the merchants only to make some small bucks it only spoils your reputation.Read More

I fully agree with you since last 1 & half month this guys have given me a night mare. even after the replacement the product was not it acceptable contition & now the new story from Courier people. Order ID 14380308.. NEVER should you purchase products from Shopclues. Even their courier people are ...trained. They will turn up 1. Sir, I do have have van today to reverse pickup your parcel today, I will come tomorrow. After 7 days a New courier company comes up saying sir, the parcel is not packed properly & it cannot be picked up. SHOPCLUES Stakeholders please take note of this & don't think your customers are fools. If you continue such practices people are soon going to stop shopping from you.
