Hi Ashish, The best course of action for you is to go to the consumer court. These people are fraud, the only skill they have is apologizing. Neither they provide the products as promised, nor they provide them on time. Moreover, if you get frustrated and cancel your order, you do not get refund as ...well on time. This is their strategy to make short term money and get out of market. Do go to the court and ask for compensation for all the anguish that you have gone throuh. Please do go to consumer court. I am with you. These folks deserved to be sued. They are committing fraud by advertising false delivery times on their website. I have also retained a lawyer and am going to file a case against them soon.

Lucky you this time. Not everyone is as lucky. Most customers are trapped once they place order with this website. Neither they deliver on time nor they refund you money on time. It takes months. Good for you that you got your shipment on time.

You are in the same boat as mine buddy - Its a mistake that we realy believe the timelines these folks give on the website. Once the order is placed, no one at Letsbuy is bothered about sending the stuff on time. Let me tell you what will happen next - they will send you an email saying that the shi...pment is delayed. then either you agree to their revised time or make a lot of hue and cry and cancel the order and ask for refund. If you do the former, you will (probably) receive the shipment, whenever they please. If you ask for refund - again it will be whenever they please. They are not under any obligation whatsoever to do shipments or refunds on time. Once you place the order you are at their mercy.Read More

Letsbuy is a pathetic company in terms of delivery processes and customer service. They are not at all bothered abou their commitments and the delivery times they post on the website. Once you have placed the order, it is entirely up to their wish as to when they will deliver the product. If you ask... for refund, they will take months to credit it back (if at all they really credit back). All the best for your consumer forum case. Yes I made that mistake and am suffering. Once they receive their payment, they are not at all bothered about the timelines primised, or the quality of product or anything.
