I agree with you, I had the same experience and they do turn off the AC in sleeper bus as well, i have to tell driver four times to switch it on. I was also stranded in Jungle for three hours!!

I also had a bad experience from them recently atleast you got a replacement vehicle, we have to arrange the same.
