This looks to be a fake profile. Steer clear of the above advice. If you want money to grow steer clear of all Insurance policies. Insurance is required to cover risk, it is not meant to generate funds. Anyone who thinks otherwise is cheating you of your hard earned cash.

Sorry to head about your hardship, but you should always read your policy document carefully. Unless your policy document says exactly what you think it should, you have unfortunately no claim! In either case if you do think you're right and policy document in your possession supports your clam, do ...follow up with BSL. Follow their process for escalation and ensure you keep doing timely follow up as per their SLA for response time. This is a time taking process, but if you persevere you will definitely get ot the end. A service provider cannot improve network coverage overnight nor will it install a new just just because you moved tot hat area. There should be sufficient customer base or perceived value before investment in a new tower is made. Even more so since operators share towers which is manged by a third ...party. Airtel customer service one of the best in my experience, if a shop is not handling your requests, you can escalate it to their regional sales chain.
