I completely agree with you on this. I have bought a place in Purva Riviera and recently, an association has been formed. You may not believe this but the association today has really low funds (an handover from Purva). The funds have been used up in 6 months while we were promised that they would b...e sufficient for a year. What is more is that they claim to have used the same up starting Nov 07 when the club house and the other facilities in the apartment were not even functional! I have been advising people not to go in for these builders as they are really not the most professional. And I am really glad that there have been a few who have taken up this advice and passed the same on to people they know.Read More
