Hi, Thanks for mentioning the company's name. Since I live in Chennai, the first metropolis in India to be tested with the TV channel subscription system, I had to rent a set-top box from the cable TV operator. It was Hathway that provided the set-top box and smart card et. al. The TV reception was... good the first couple of days. The problems started later. The reception quality became bad to worse and now totally out of bounds. The CC was contacted and they have been giving varied excuses and no solutionss. The tale gets weird this past week when they told that the problem would be taken care of by the main operators and all we had to do was wait till the connection is re-established.
