I think you must try and understand that the producers & directors of Sanjivani are only making what has a high rating in India and other countries where star plus is being aired. People prefere crap serials about saas bahu relations etc. I understand how you feel because my mother makes me sit ...thru' such stuff. The only reason why i watch Sanjivani is because i just love the acting by actors in Sanjivani (with the exception of Rupali Ganguly) at first i was very impressed with the ratings for Sanjivani when it really was a medical boon. But if you think about it there are just oh so many medical problems that come right? and most of them if you were to show on tv then it would be like a 40 minute blue movie showing every week at family hours. I think the reason they diverted to the love triangle and blah is because they ran out of problems. The comment you made on Mihir Mishra's acting and previous hairstyle well everyone is entitled to their own opinion but i think when Gaurav Chanana was replaced (for obvious reasons) he was probably the best change i have seen. He was acting really well and he maintained the Dr.Rahul Mehra image really infact he improved it.
