myman_007, if I was close to builder, I would not have listed so many short comings. I would have given a 5 star rating instead of 3 stars. No builder in Bangalore is trustworthy. According to information on internet, even prestige has launched projects on litigated sites. I agree there are proble...ms with this builder too. Among class B builders this guy is giving better quality and fittings. Other guys deviate from sanctioned plan, do not provide OC. My friends have apartments from Mahaver builder. Poor quality... poor locations.... no OC provided. Maithri is a small builder and is charging less compared to other reputed guys.
