Looks good. 99% Indian Managers DO NOT know how to manage. Hence, India had always been ruled and I wish it could have been better that way. To state the truth, 99% of the US/European managers are far better than the Indian counterparts, except the 1% good ones across cultures. I am sad to hear your... story and I wish you good luck to pursue some onsite roles abroad in the USA. It is far better than the Indian political system. Only GOD can change it my friend. DO NOT EVER THINK about KAAR. It is a 'SPAM' Organization which would collapse in next 2-3 years. They are going to end up losing in the business partnership with the local ARAB company, hence they will run out of cash flow.
