yup got it rite!! sorry must ve been thinking abt Frankenstein when i was writing tht.
had written this review long time back sooooo many gud books r nt included if i wud ve to rewrite it i wud probbaly include nt only Alchemist but Love Story, 1984, Catch 22 soooo guess its nt exhaustive

a nice and interesting review mate i have been hearing ppl take the positives or the negatives of individualism but its neither black or white but grey i wud prefer dark grey though ie I first but dont forget V ahmmm............. loved ur review keep keying in more stuff

I ve just completed reading it last week n i was so mesmerised with it tht even I completed it in one sitting. 'm actually in a trance n believe me i do believe in my dreams n ve been trying to follow them n this book helped me in chasing my dreams even if I ve to go against the wishes of my wellwis...hers bc ultimately when I get thru' I know they will b happy for me.
u wrote it in the true spirit of the book. keep inking!!

well 1st of all m nt tht good at politics so i might b wrong but still wanna voice it out!!
abt the economic reforms i ve never heard BJP talkin abt them during election campaign nor where there major changes durin the 6 odd yrs in policies (they were taken according to the needs of our industria...l growths).
then again the growth in economy was more bcoz of premjis,murthys,birlas,ambanis of india rather due to sinhas n singhs of politics. it was in line with the global market .
n now the scidias,pilots n gandhis of the Genx r well educated n if they wanna join y shud they b denied it just bcoz of the name they carry. its the same as our bollywood a name cud get them a ticket but then thier work will speak for them.
well thats it for now.

A nice review considering the categories which r really thoughtful.When u r talking of the BEST u need to considering everything about them else u cud call them good actors not the best b'coz the best should be good at most things.

I find no diff between them n u yaar to show that one is good u don't need to show the other one degradingly n that too in such strong words.y can't u all leave these guys alone n let them play their natural games instead of criticising each n every move.n don't forget they r all playing for ...INDIA n as a team!!

hi,
Actually even I felt that there was a lot in common between Darcy,Rhett n Roark. Though, no one could be or do something Roark did.I love all these books n characters to the hilt.nice review!!!!

Atlast I 've come across a review on TH which closely resembles my emotions attached to this wonderful book.I loved this book so much n I read this book at a time when life seemed hopeless that i fell in love with life again dreaming about a world which I could create in my dreams and hoping to fin...d my own HR someday.
