Someone wrote that the word "kar" comes from Tamil whereas it is really of indo-aryan background. In Sanskrit(not Samskrut) this word stand for "hand...Read more

I have not been able to read full comments of people on my review as yet but the response is liked by me. I shall share my travalague with my readers if time permits me unlike Michael Johnson. It was my honest voice and I feel it has been depicted so yet people were created in their own mould by the... Almighty and no body can question his ways: so every view is respected as His voice. I have been driving Matiz for more than 4 years now. I have not gone to a dealer-just get it repaired by a mechanic who can handle Maruti-800and other cars. The AC in Matiz is superb- my family members often ask me to lower the cooling, lots of leg and head space. I have driven it at 130kmph ...Read more

I have been driving Matiz for more than 4 years now. I have not gone to a dealer-just get it repaired by a mechanic who can handle Maruti-800 and other cars. The AC in Matiz is superb- my family members often ask me lower the cooling, lots of leg and head space, i have driven it at 130kmph at some p...laces-nothing to fear and a competitive average of higher than 17-18 kmpl with AC always on-of course on the highway. My car was bought @1,15 plus in Delhi-third hand-2000 model fully loaded. I have never been remorseful. I just wanted to exchange it for Spark but after reading reviews I have decided to keep my Matiz. A friend who is in the US now and who had purchased Matiz after me has dared to compare this car with high-end cars in comfort and security. I would enlist the plus points of Matiz 1. Leg and head space 2. Reliability and security 3. Premium AC for 800cc 4. 5 seater 5. Low repair costs if you drive in city only 6. High average per kmpl with AC on 7. Low parking and turning area 8. Extremely low price for this segment and facilties provided 9. No problem of spares as some parts can be used from Maruti stable also 10. Any efficient mechanic can repair easilyRead More
