I have had the worst experience in Bangalore PSK, Prestige Libra, Mavalli(near Urvashi theatre) to get my spouse's passport renewed under Tatkaal scheme. This place is full bureaucrats and they are not citizen centric their bad attitude is clearly visible . I guess, they have the habit of trying to ...find a silly reason or the other to send us back and not help resolve issues. They should get trained from the staff at Mangalore PSK on how to streamline things and help people get the passport. Mangalore PSK guys are very clear and gentle in communicating with us and treat us all like humans unlike in Bangalore PSK staff. I got my wife's passport documents submitted and cleared in an hour in Mangalore PSK and got the passport in couple of days. The exact same set of documents was not moving at all in-spite of two appointments in Bangalore. The simple issue was that they were reluctant to consider 'Aadhar card address ' and ' Couple of years old SBI Bank account address' as my spouse's address proof. My passport has the exact same address and was submitted along with those documents. Even the RPO Bangalore, Mr Karthikeyan agrees that Mangalore is rated 'The BEST passport seva kendra in Karnataka.
