The HDFC Ltd charges for everything. This is my experience also. The attitude of staff at the branches is pathetic. They withhold the relevant information and will harass the costumers seeking to transfer loan to other financial institution. You may go for DIO for its advantages over Activa. Check for the service support in your area. As such both the scooters are reliable and will give minimum problems if serviced regularly. Mileage will depend upon the traffic and personal driving habits. Best of luck.
